TargetedLeadList.com is operated by Marky Maligmat, an individual based in the Philippines. “Targeted Lead List,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this service and its operator.

These terms describe the conditions for requesting and purchasing our services. The written quote or order confirmation provides the specific scope for your order. Review both before accepting a quote or making a payment. Submitting an inquiry or requesting a free sample does not by itself create a paid order.
Our two services
Targeted Business Lead Lists contain business-level information selected around industry, location, quantity, and agreed filters. Possible fields include business name, category, website, phone, email where available, address, business profiles, ratings, review counts, and social profiles. Decision-maker names are not included in this standard service.
Decision-Maker Contact Lists are a separate research service for people in relevant company roles. Information may include a name, role, company, professional email or profile, business phone, and company location where available. Pricing and scope are agreed separately.
Requests, samples, and order confirmation
Provide accurate requirements and identify any essential fields, exclusions, or targeting conditions. We review whether the request can be supported. Business samples are free and carry no obligation to purchase. Illustrative records shown on the website are fictional examples; they are not an actual list for sale.
Before payment, the written quote or confirmation must identify the agreed service, criteria, quantity, fields, price and currency, applicable charges, delivery format and method, payment timing, expected delivery timing, and any order-specific cancellation or refund conditions. Ask us to clarify any missing or unclear detail before proceeding. An order is confirmed when both parties accept its scope and payment arrangements.
Pricing and payment
Business lists start at the advertised $10 price; this is not a fixed package or guaranteed quantity. The final price and payment currency are stated in the quote. Decision-maker research receives a custom quote based on roles, volume, criteria, and available information.
We accept PayPal, Wise, GCash, GoTyme, and UnionBank. Use the payment instructions provided for your confirmed order. The quote or payment instructions must explain any taxes or charges payable to us. Your payment provider may separately apply transfer or currency-conversion charges; review those charges before authorizing payment.
Payment timing is agreed for each order. Do not send passwords or one-time codes to us. A payment alone does not expand an order’s agreed scope.
Delivery and changes to scope
Delivery format, delivery method, and expected timing are agreed before purchase. Timing depends on the request and available data; no universal turnaround is promised. If availability or timing materially changes, we will discuss the revised scope, schedule, or an appropriate resolution with you.
Additional locations, fields, roles, filters, or quantities may require a revised quote and delivery schedule. Changes require agreement; they are not automatically included in the original price.
Data availability and limitations
Not every matching business, person, or requested field will be available. Email addresses are not available for every record. We confirm available fields before purchase and assess delivery against the agreed scope.
Business and professional information changes over time. We do not promise that every record is current, that every email is deliverable, or that an individual will respond. A list does not guarantee appointments, sales, revenue, or a particular campaign result. These limitations do not excuse failure to supply the service as agreed or remove rights provided by law.
Cancellations, corrections, and refunds
To request cancellation or report an issue, email contact@targetedleadlist.com with your order reference and a description of the concern. For data issues, identify the affected records and the agreed requirement you believe was not met. Avoid sending unrelated personal information.
Cancellation and refund requests are assessed against the written order terms, work already performed, delivery status, the nature of the problem, and applicable law. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule. If a delivery does not match the agreed scope, contact us so we can assess a correction, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Any order-specific conditions must be disclosed before payment and cannot override mandatory legal rights.
Low response rates or a change in your campaign plans do not, on their own, establish that the list failed to meet its agreed scope. You retain any rights available under applicable law and your payment provider’s dispute procedures.
Responsible use of lists
Lists are intended for lawful business research and prospecting. You are responsible for assessing whether your intended collection, use, storage, sharing, and outreach are permitted in the relevant jurisdictions. Access to a business or professional contact record does not establish that person’s consent to receive marketing.
Respect applicable privacy, direct-marketing, anti-spam, telemarketing, and opt-out requirements. Do not use our services for harassment, fraud, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, or obtaining private or confidential information. If you provide an existing list for research, you must have authority and a lawful basis to provide it and request the processing.
Any permission for resale, redistribution, or use on behalf of other parties must be addressed in the written order terms. Purchasing a list does not transfer ownership of third-party websites, profiles, trademarks, or an individual’s personal information.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how inquiry, payment, and research information is handled and how individuals may raise privacy requests. Customers remain responsible for their own handling of delivered information and for responding to applicable privacy obligations.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreed order and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a remedy that the law requires. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to waive statutory complaint rights.
Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by Philippine law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to your transaction. Where a dispute is not resolved directly, either party may use an appropriate authority or court with jurisdiction. For consumer concerns in the Philippines, information is available from the Department of Trade and Industry.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. An update does not retrospectively change an accepted order unless both parties agree or applicable law requires it.
