Marky Maligmat is responsible for the personal information processed for this website and its services. This policy covers website inquiries, customer orders, and the business and professional information researched for our lists.
Information we collect and where it comes from
- Inquiries and orders: Contact details you provide, correspondence, company information, industry and location preferences, requested roles, quantities, data fields, timing, intended use, and additional requirements. If you supply an existing company list, we also process the information you include in it.
- Payment records: Information needed to match a payment to an order, such as payer details, amount, payment reference, payment status, and any confirmation you provide. Payment services process their own financial and account information.
- Business and professional research: Company names, categories, websites, business phone numbers and email addresses, addresses, business profiles, ratings, review counts, and social profiles where available. Separate decision-maker research may include names, roles, companies, professional emails and profiles, and business contact details.
- Technical information: Website hosting and embedded services may receive information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and technical logs when you access them.
Research information comes from publicly available business websites, business directories and profiles, professional sources, information customers supply, and other appropriately sourced business information. Public availability does not by itself remove privacy obligations or establish permission for every use.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information through our request forms or email.
Why we use information
We use information to review requests, respond to questions, prepare samples and quotes, research and deliver agreed lists, confirm payments, provide support, address corrections or complaints, protect the service from misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Where personal information is involved, processing must have a lawful basis under applicable law. Depending on the purpose, this may be steps you request before entering a contract, performing an agreement, compliance with a legal obligation, consent where required, or a legitimate interest that is not overridden by the individual’s rights and freedoms. Professional research and disclosure require a lawful basis; we do not treat a public profile as blanket consent to marketing.
Who receives information
Deftform provides our embedded request forms. Information may also be processed by the hosting, email, file-storage, and delivery services used to handle your request, and by a payment provider when you choose that method. Our accepted payment methods are PayPal, Wise, GCash, GoTyme, and UnionBank. Each provider’s own privacy notice explains its handling of information within its service.
Customers purchasing business or decision-maker lists receive the business and professional records within the agreed scope. An identifiable person’s business contact details may therefore be disclosed to a customer as part of a paid research service. Customer inquiry and payment information is used to administer requests and orders, rather than being offered as lead-list content.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to respond to lawful requests, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Access should be limited to the people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose.
International processing
Online service providers and customers may be located outside the Philippines. Information may therefore be processed or received in another country. Applicable privacy obligations continue to apply to such processing and transfers. Contact us for information about the providers or recipients relevant to your request.
Cookies and embedded services
The website’s own code does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The request pages load Deftform, and payment or other external services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies under their own policies. Browser settings can restrict these technologies, but doing so may prevent a form or external service from functioning. You can email your request instead.
How long information is kept
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling an inquiry or order, support, disputes, and applicable legal recordkeeping. The relevant criteria include whether a request remains active, whether an order or complaint is unresolved, and whether a legal retention obligation applies. When information is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies, it should be deleted or anonymized.
You may ask about retention for a particular record or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a claim; where applicable, we will explain the reason.
Security
We are responsible for applying reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect a privacy or security issue involving our service, contact us promptly without sending additional sensitive information unnecessarily.
Your rights and how to make a request
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may have rights to be informed about processing, access your personal information, request correction, object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, request blocking or erasure, obtain data portability where applicable, and seek remedies for unlawful processing.
Email contact@targetedleadlist.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the information and action involved. These requests are available both to customers and to individuals whose professional information may appear in a list. You can request correction or removal and object to inclusion in future research. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing a record.
Requests will be assessed under applicable law. Removing information from records we control does not automatically remove it from an independent public source or a customer’s copy; we will explain any relevant limits and recipient-related steps that apply. You may also raise a privacy concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
