What is a targeted lead list?
A targeted lead list is a collection of businesses selected around your criteria, such as industry, location, and required company information. It gives your B2B prospecting a defined starting point.
What information can be included?
Business name, category, website, business phone, address, Google Maps profile, ratings, review count, and business email or social profiles when available. We’ll confirm the fields available for your request before purchase.
Can I target businesses by city or state?
Yes. Tell us the city, state, region, or other geographic area you want to reach. We’ll review the scope and available businesses.
Can I request multiple locations?
Yes. Include all the locations you want covered in your request, along with any priorities or quantity requirements for each area.
Can I add custom filters?
Yes. Tell us the criteria that matter to you, such as business category, website availability, or a rating range. We’ll review whether your requested filters can be supported by available data.
Are emails available for every business?
No. Business email availability varies. Some businesses do not publish an email address. We’ll clarify available fields before you purchase; an email should not be assumed for every record.
Do you provide decision-maker information?
Yes, through our separate Decision-Maker List service. Names, roles, and professional contact details are separate research and are not included in a standard business lead list.
Can I see a sample before purchasing?
Yes. Request a free sample so you can evaluate the data before moving forward. Requesting a sample carries no obligation to purchase.
How many leads can I request?
You can request a smaller prospect list or a bulk list. The available quantity depends on your market and criteria. Tell us your preferred list size and we’ll review what may be possible.
How fresh is the data?
Business information changes over time. We research around your request, but do not promise that every field reflects the latest change. Ask about the research scope and any timing requirements before purchase.
Where does the business information come from?
We research publicly available business information and other appropriate data sources based on your targeting criteria.
How much does a list cost?
Targeted Business Lists start at $25. The final quote depends on quantity, targeting, and required fields. Decision-Maker Research is priced separately based on roles, volume, and available contact information.
